Todd M. Scherrer, CPA

Todd is Partner of the Assurance and Advisory practice at Szymkowiak & Associates. In this capacity, he is responsible for client management, employee relations, risk management, training, and process improvement.

Todd specializes in the implementation of technical accounting standards, registration of SEC filing documents, buy and sell-side due diligence, financial statement preparation, internal control assessments, and corporate governance services.

Graduating magna cum laude from St. Bonaventure University with a B.S. in Accounting in 1993, Todd’s professional experience includes providing consulting, audit and accounting services to both middle-market and multi-national public companies across a wide range of industries.

He is currently licensed as a CPA in six states and is a member of both the New York State Society of CPAs and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He is also on the Finance Committee at St. Gregory the Great and the Park Country Club in Williamsville, New York.

Outside of the office, you’ll find Todd spending time with his wife of ten years, Lisa, and their two children, or playing a round of golf with friends and family.
